Edge Grinding and Scrubbing
After molding, areca leaf plates can often have rough edges. To ensure a smooth and safe finish, these edges are typically smoothed using grinders and the surfaces are smoothened with scrubbers.
Sorting of Products
Areca leaf plates are sorted to ensure and uphold high standards of quality for our overseas buyers.
Shrink Packing
After all the quality checks, areca leaf plates are shrink-wrapped using a shrink wrapping machine.
Packaging into Boxes
After shrink wrapping, the products are finally packed into carton boxes after applying all the required labelling if required , ready for shipment.
